Sarah Finney, RYT 200, AYC CYT L-3, is a yoga and meditation teacher based in Eugene, Oregon. She discovered these practices early in life and experienced how they could steady the mind and create a greater sense of clarity, ease, and connection to her body.

Sarah has been teaching in the Eugene community for almost two decades. Her work today centers on personalized yoga, blending gentle and restorative practices, meditation, strength and mobility, experiential anatomy, and nervous system support.

Her teaching has been greatly influenced by Mark Stephens, Judith Lasater, Mary Richards, Shinkai Kane, Michelle Bulgatz and, of course, her students. Several journeys to India, including a month-long silent retreat, deepened her meditation practice and continue to influence the way she teaches.

Outside of teaching, Sarah is a runner, swimmer, and artist. These interests continually inform her approach to movement, creativity, and everyday life. She lives in Eugene with her husband and their sweet cat, Opal.

Sarah enjoys working collaboratively with clients, creating a practice that supports each person's unique body, needs, and goals.
