Position Type: Part Time (16 hours) that will build to Full Time (32-40 hours)
Compensation: Negotiable hourly rate + 1-5% Profit Sharing + $1000 Continuing Education Support

Duality Pelvic Health and Wellness is a growing pelvic health physical therapy clinic in Eugene, Oregon, dedicated to helping athletes and active adults crush their goals to move better, feel stronger, and hit PRs in the gym and in life.

Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Oregon Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)
Certification based in strength and conditioning such as CrossFit, CSCS, USAWL, USAPL
Strong communication skills and comfort with building rapport
Interest or experience in pelvic health (mentorship and training provided)
Growth mindset: eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a mission-driven team
What We Offer
Competitive pay: $60/hour
Profit sharing (starting at 1%, with potential to grow to 5% as the business expands)
