Episode 3: My Pregnancy Journey Reflection

Hello there! It has been a very long since I’ve published a podcast so why not start this back up! Some quick updates… Duality Pelvic Health and Wellness finally has a permanent in person space! Her name is Remi and is currently 8 months old. My family and I are just in awe of this special baby. Which brings us up to today’s episode!
